Kitchener Farmers Market-Upstairs Food Hall - 100% Gluten-Free/most dairy free Hello and welcome to my Facebook page. My name is Kathy Hanshaw and I make handmade tamales for sale! My entire kitchen in 100% gluten-free and most every item is dairy free. My main location starting January 30th, 2024 from here forward will only be Kitchener Farmers Market. Read more I am located in the upper level "The Food Hall." My location is my production facility where all products are created. From Tuesday through Friday 8-3pm I carry my basic tamale menu : rotating tamales will always include 2 mild tamale options (chicken or beef/pork and Vegan black bean and 1 spicy variety of meat). In addition we make corn tortillas for tacos and I carry crunchy tostadas too. Saturdays in addition to my meat and vegan tamales I will also have Chicken Tortilla Soup (Oct-May), Chicken Enchiladas in green sauce, and as we approach fresh corn season Mexican Corn Salad (from June-mid Sept). We also carry an extensive line of Jarritos Mexican Drinks, Gluten-Free Corn Flour, Corn Husks, & Masa Spreaders and Valentina Hot Sauce. Currently on offer(availability varies. ) If you are coming from far away- Bring a cooler and place order ahead of time to avoid disappointment- we do sell out of top sellers quickly.
