The late Hilda Van Wyk and her daughter Cathy Richard had a dream of helping others who struggle with their health. In 1995 with humble beginnings in Petrolia, out of Hilda's house, the family business began. This is why at Treat Yourself Wellness Centre "customers are treated like family." In 2023, sisters Alisha and Heide are 3rd Generation Duo, Biofeedback Specialists and more, with a combined 42 years of experience! These sisters are grateful to have come through the pandemic stronger more empowered with knowledge together!
